This sauce is both sweet and vinegary. Use it on boneless pork loin chops, skinless chicken thighs, beef burgers or steak.

Ingredients

Canned tomato puree

1¾ cup(s)

Honey

¼ cup(s)

Red wine vinegar

¼ cup(s)

Smoked paprika

1 tbsp(s), mild, smoked

Spiced seasoning mix

1 tbsp(s), barbecue flavour

Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp(s)

Dijon Mustard

2 tsp(s)

Instructions

  1. Whisk all the ingredients in a large bowl until smooth. Store in a plastic or glass container in the refrigerator, covered, for up to two weeks.
  2. Yields about 2 tablespoons per serving.
