Lemon
1 large
Strawberries
2½ cup(s), cut up
Fresh basil
8 leaf/leaves, large
Monk fruit sweetener with erythritol
¼ cup(s)
Kosher salt

Instructions

With a sharp knife, cut away all the peel and white pith from the lemon. Cut up the lemon and remove any seeds. Place in a blender.

To blender, add the strawberries, basil leaves, monkfruit, and salt. Blend until smooth.

Fill 1 Ninja Creami pint container to max fill line and freeze for at least 24 hours (make sure surface of mixture freezes flat, not at an angle).

Follow instructions for placing in Ninja Creami. Use Sorbet mode to spin. Check texture. Use Re Spin mode if sorbet seems powdery.
