Ingredients

nectarine(s)

3 item(s), medium, finely diced

uncooked scallion(s)

¼ cup(s), finely sliced

packed brown sugar

balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp(s)

Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a medium non-metallic bowl; allow to stand for at least 10 minutes, but 2 hours is best. Yields about 60ml (¼ cup) per serving.

Notes

Add chopped jalapeno or other hot pepper if you like.
