Ingredients

Uncooked Chinese cabbage

2 cup(s), coarsely shredded (also known as Napa cabbage)

Orange(s)

1 medium, peeled, pitted and diced

Uncooked red onion(s)

½ cup(s), sliced, chopped

Roasted skinless turkey chopped or diced

1½ cup(s)

Hoisin sauce

2 tbsp(s)

Balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp(s)

Unsweetened orange juice

2 tbsp(s), freshly squeezed

Instructions

  1. Combine cabbage, orange, onion and turkey in a salad bowl.
  2. Stir together hoisin sauce, vinegar and orange juice in a small cup; pour over salad and toss gently until well-coated. Yields about 2 1/2 cups per serving.
