Mushroom bagel melt
WW 100% Whole Wheat Bagel (SmartPoints Packaging)
1 bagel(s), split and toasted
1 cup(s), sliced
1 cup(s), leaves, packed, chopped
1 tbsp(s), basil variety

- Preheat broiler. Heat nonstick skillet set over medium-high heat; cook mushrooms, kale, pesto, salt and pepper for 5 to 8 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and starting to brown and kale is wilted.
- Divide mushroom mixture between 2 bagel halves on small baking sheet. Top each bagel half with 2 tomato slices and 1 Cheddar cheese slice.
- Serving size: 1 bagel
