Champagne vinegar

1 medium, thinly sliced

Instructions

Whisk together shallot, tarragon, vinegar, water, oil, salt and pepper; set aside.

In a serving bowl, toss together lettuce, cucumber and grapes; drizzle with dressing and garnish with almonds and cheese.
