Mixed berry oats
Wake up your usual oatmeal with an assortment of fresh colours, flavours, and textures. Feel free to change things up with other berries, such as strawberries or blackberries, or other fruit such as oranges or bananas.
Uncooked old-fashioned rolled oats
Monk fruit sweetener with erythritol
1½ tbsp(s), toasted if desired
Low-fat ready-to-eat granola cereal
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, stir together 1 cup water, oats, monk fruit sweetener, salt, and cinnamon. Microwave on High until done, 2 to 3 minutes. Spoon the oatmeal into a shallow bowl. Top with the blueberries, raspberries, almonds, and granola.
