Ingredients
Unsweetened applesauce
1 tbsp(s)
Canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 tbsp(s)
Barbecue sauce
¼ cup(s)
Fat free reduced sodium vegetable broth
¾ cup(s)
Table salt
¼ tsp(s)
Black pepper
¼ tsp(s)
Onion
1 small, diced
Uncooked boneless skinless turkey breast
2½ pound(s)
Slider rolls

Smoked paprika
½ tsp(s), (smoked variety)

Instructions

Cover turkey in dry rub. Place into pressure cooker.

Combine apple sauce, chipotle, BBQ sauce, broth, salt, pepper and onion. Add to the pressure cooker.

Pressure cook for 90 minutes. Strain liquid and pull turkey breast, addin a few spoonfulls of cooking liquid to add moisture as needed. Serve on slider buns.
