Ingredients

Canned drained chickpeas

4 cup(s), drained, (2-540ml cans)

Garlic

1 clove(s), large, minced

Fresh parsley

1 cup(s), chopped

Fresh lemon juice

1 tsp(s)

Olive oil

1 tbsp(s)

Ground cumin

½ tsp(s)

Smoked paprika

1 tsp(s), smoked

Table salt

1 tsp(s)

Black pepper

1 tsp(s)

Whole wheat flour

2 tbsp(s)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend.
  2. Using a small ice cream scoop, or tablespoon, portion the batter into 30 even balls.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 20 min.
