Canned drained chickpeas
19 oz, 1 can, drained and rinsed
Bick's Sliced Pickled Beets
8 oz, 1 cup
Plain fat free yogurt
3 clove(s), large, minced
¼ tsp(s), optional
- Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust seasonings to taste.
- Serving size: 1/4 cup of dip
