Ingredients

Canned drained chickpeas

19 oz, 1 can, drained and rinsed

Bick's Sliced Pickled Beets

8 oz, 1 cup

Olive oil

¼ pound(s)

Plain fat free yogurt

¼ cup(s)

Garlic

3 clove(s), large, minced

Table salt

1 tsp(s)

Hot sauce

¼ tsp(s), optional

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust seasonings to taste.
  2. Serving size: 1/4 cup of dip

Notes

Serve with: Bick’s® Sliced Beets, Bick’s® Gherkins, Olives, Bick’s® Sweet Mix Pickles, haloumi cheese, pistachios, dried apricots, dates, pine nuts, pomegranates and crackers.
