Bring all the big, bright flavours of a Greek appetizer platter together in a shareable layered dip. Serve at a party with carrot slices, bell pepper wedges, and pita chips for scooping. Or layer into individual cups for grab-and-go snacks. If you’re making this ahead for a get-together, seed the cucumber and tomato to get rid of excess juices that’ll make the dip soggy.

Ingredients

Store-bought hummus

8 oz, roasted pepper

Cucumber(s)

1½ cup(s), chopped

Uncooked red onion(s)

3 tbsp(s), chopped, finely chopped

Tzatziki sauce

8 oz, 1 container of dip

Pepperoncini

½ cup(s), sliced (from a jar), drained

Fresh tomato(es)

1 cup(s), chopped

Olive(s)

32 gm, (1/3 cup), sliced, pitted, green variety

Crumbled feta cheese

¼ cup(s)

Fresh dill

2 tbsp(s), or parsley, chopped

White corn plain tortilla chips

2 oz, and/or crudités (optional), for serving

Instructions

  1. In an 8-inch square baking dish or a deep straight-sided bowl, layer all the ingredients (except the crudités) in order. Chill the dip until ready to serve. Serve with the crudités.
  2. Serving size: ½ cup dip
