Uncooked green snap beans

Cooked lima beans
½ cup(s)
Cooked chickpeas (garbanzo beans)

Uncooked green peas

Red onion
½ medium
Balsamic vinegar
¼ cup(s)
Dry mustard
½ tsp(s)
Dried basil
½ tsp(s)
Dried oregano

Olive oil

Instructions

Mix beans, peas and onion in a bowl.

Combine remaining dressing ingredients and toss with bean mixture. Cover and put in refrigerator to marinate for at least 4 hours. Yields about 3/4 heaping cup per serving.
