A combination of fresh citrus juices lends a margarita essence to this drink. Orange juice provides a triple sec vibe, while lime and lemon juice—combined with the salted rim of the drink—replicate the cocktail’s citrus-salt flavour.

Ingredients
Kosher salt
1½ tsp(s)
Lime
¼ wedge(s), (1 wedge)
Fresh orange juice
1 cup(s)
Fresh lime juice
⅔ cup(s)
Fresh lemon juice
¼ cup(s)
Agave nectar
2 tbsp(s)
Plain or unflavoured seltzer
2 cup(s), unflavoured, or club soda, chilled
Lime
½ wedge(s), cut into 4 thin slices (optional)
Instructions
1
Place the salt on a small saucer. Run the lime wedge around the rims of 4 margarita glasses or double old-fashioned glasses; dip the rim of each glass in the salt, turning to coat the entire rim.
2
In a pitcher, stir together the orange juice, lime juice, lemon juice, and agave nectar until well combined. Add the seltzer and stir gently to combine. Fill the glasses with ice; divide the juice mixture evenly among the glasses. Garnish with lime slices, if desired.
3
Serving size: about 1 cup (before ice)
