Maple Mousse Millefeuilles

This scrumptious dessert pays tribute to our homeland by hosting a savoury maple syrup filling.
Regular vanilla pudding mix
2 cup(s), (480 ml)
1 tbsp(s), (15 ml)
24 oz, squares
1 cup(s), (240 ml)
Powdered sugar (icing sugar)
1 tbsp(s), (15 ml) , (icing sugar)
- Prepare pudding according to package directions using low-fat milk and adding maple syrup.
- Arrange 8 graham cracker squares in the bottom of a shallow baking dish pan. Spoon pudding mixture over cracker layer. Top with 8 more graham cracker squares.
- Top second layer with apricot preserves and then last layer of graham crackers. Sift powdered sugar over top.
- Slice into 8 pieces and serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
