Plain fat free yogurt
1 large, or 2 medium, peeled, pitted, and chopped
1 cup(s), ice cold
- Place all ingredients, except mint, in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses. Top each with a mint leaf. Yields about 1 1/2 cups per serving.
