Mango

1 large, finely chopped

Red bell pepper

1 medium, finely chopped

Red onion

½ medium, finely chopped

Jalapeño pepper

½ medium, seeded, minced (don't touch seeds with bare hands)

Cilantro

1 tbsp(s), fresh, chopped

Fresh lime juice

1½ tbsp(s)

Table salt

⅛ tsp(s), or to taste

Black pepper

⅛ pinch(es), or to taste

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; toss to mix and coat. Yields about 1/3 cup per serving.
