Are you feeling the afternoon snack blues? Don’t stress! This creamy fruit smoothie will satisfy your sweet tooth and keep you feeling full hours long.

Ingredients

Fat-free vanilla yogurt

150 gm

Mango

1 medium, coarsely chopped

1% low-fat milk

¾ cup(s), or any preferred milk or milk alternative

Packed brown sugar

1 tsp(s)

Lime zest

1 tsp(s)

Ice cube

1 cup(s)

Instructions

  1. Place yogurt, mango, milk, sugar, zest, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

TIP: To prepare the mango, use a sharp knife to cut down either side of the stone to remove the ‘cheeks’. Cut the flesh in a diamond pattern, then push the cheeks inside out and slice off the pieces of mango close to the skin.
