Baking powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl mix together flour, baking powder, and sugar.
  2. Add in the egg and milk and mix until smooth.
  3. Heat griddle or pan and spray with non stick cooking spray.
  4. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle or pan. Wait for bubbles to form on one side, then flip! Brown pancakes on both sides and serve hot.
