Maisie's Mother's Day Pancakes by Coach Emily

- In a large bowl mix together flour, baking powder, and sugar.
- Add in the egg and milk and mix until smooth.
- Heat griddle or pan and spray with non stick cooking spray.
- Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle or pan. Wait for bubbles to form on one side, then flip! Brown pancakes on both sides and serve hot.
- Serving: 1 pancake
