Licorice tea has a naturally sweet, fruity flavor.

Ingredients

Fresh mint leaves

3 gm, 3 sprigs (plus extra for garnish)

Orange zest

3 gm, 3 pieces, 3 inches long each

Water

¾ cup(s), boiling

Prepared unsweetened insant tea

2 gm, 2 bags, licorice spice-variety

Orange

⅛ small, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

Crush mint sprigs between fingers; place in a cup with orange peel. Pour in boiling water; add tea bags and steep 8 minutes. Remove tea bags and pour tea into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with orange slices (or sliced plum) and mint.
