Ingredients

Fresh raspberries

¾ cup(s)

Lowfat frozen yogurt

1 cup(s), (in 1/3 cup scoops)

Banana(s)

1 large, sliced

Kiwifruit(s)

1 medium, peeled and sliced

Gingersnap(s)

2 average, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Reserve some of the berries for decoration. In a mini food processor, puree the rest.
  2. Divide frozen yogurt between 2 sundae dishes. Top with the banana and kiwi slices; drizzle with the pureed berries. Sprinkle with gingersnap crumbs and decorate with reserved berries. Serve at once.
