Ingredients
WW 100% Whole Wheat Tortilla
1 tortilla(s)
Plain hummus
2 tbsp(s), garlic variety
Carrots
½ cup(s), shredded
Uncooked bean sprouts
½ cup(s)
Cucumber
¼ cup(s), thinly sliced
Bell pepper
¼ cup(s), diced
Instructions

Spread hummus evenly over tortilla. Top with carrots, sprouts, cucumber and bell pepper.

Roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (this will make it easier to slice). Cut into 1-inch thick slices; secure with toothpick if desired.
