Ingredients

Figs

12 medium

Brandy

2 fl oz

Apricot jam

2 tbsp(s)

Honey

¼ cup(s)

Reduced-fat sour cream

¼ tbsp(s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450ºF.
  2. Place figs in a shallow, ovenproof dish.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together brandy, jam and honey. Drizzle figs with half of brandy mixture.
  4. Roast figs 5 minutes. Drizzle with remaining brandy mixture; roast 5 minutes more. Allow to cool about 5 minutes.
  5. Set 2 figs in each of 6 small, shallow dishes. Drizzle with a spoonful brandy mixture, add a dollop of sour cream and serve.
