Honey and brandy roasted figs

Reduced-fat sour cream
- Preheat oven to 450ºF.
- Place figs in a shallow, ovenproof dish.
- In a small bowl, stir together brandy, jam and honey. Drizzle figs with half of brandy mixture.
- Roast figs 5 minutes. Drizzle with remaining brandy mixture; roast 5 minutes more. Allow to cool about 5 minutes.
- Set 2 figs in each of 6 small, shallow dishes. Drizzle with a spoonful brandy mixture, add a dollop of sour cream and serve.
