For our take on Hailey Bieber's Strawberry Glaze Skin smoothie from Erewhon, we nixed the sea moss, coconut cream, and collagen and focused on bumping up the protein (31 grams!) for a delicious berries-and-cream smoothie that's hearty enough to enjoy as a meal on the go and pretty enough to show off on social media.

Ingredients
Unsweetened frozen strawberries
1 cup(s)
Monk fruit sweetener with erythritol
2 tsp(s)
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
¼ cup(s), divided
Fat-free skim milk
1¼ cup(s)
Banana
1 large, ripe
Vanilla whey protein powder
2 scoop(s)
Instructions
1
In a small pot, combine the strawberries, monkfruit, and 2 tbsp water. Cook on medium 4 minutes, until strawberries are completely thawed, stirring occasionally. Let cool.
2
Spread the Greek yogurt up the sides of 2 smoothie glasses.
3
Transfer strawberry mixture to a blender and puree until smooth. Divide between the glasses.
4
To the same blender pitcher (without rinsing it), add the milk, banana, and protein powder. Blend until smooth.
