Havarti-dill smoked salmon risotto
Milan-style risotto mix
5¼ oz, with seasoning packet
2 tbsp(s), fresh, chopped
2 oz, diced
⅛ tsp(s), or to taste
1 oz, about 1/4 cup, grated
1 tsp(s), or 2 small sprigs, for garnish
- In a saucepan combine rice and seasoning mix with water. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in dill, salmon, pepper and Havarti. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
- Serve in shallow bowls, garnished with dill sprigs. Yields 1 1/8 cups per serving.
