Whole wheat thin pizza crust
1 crust(s), prebaked
4 oz, crumbled (about 1 cup)
Uncooked red onion(s)
½ cup(s), sliced, very thinly sliced
Cooked extra lean low sodium boneless ham
4 oz, (8 thin slices, 1/2 oz each), cut into strips
⅓ cup(s), lightly packed leaves, sliced
Crushed red pepper flakes
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Place pizza crust on baking sheet and brush with 1 teaspoon oil. Sprinkle with cheese and onion. Bake until crust is very crisp on bottom, about 12 minutes. Top with ham; bake 1 more minute.
- Remove pizza from oven and top evenly with basil. Drizzle with remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons oil and sprinkle with pepper flakes. Cut into 6 wedges.
- Serving size: 1 wedge
