These cupcakes are perfect for any Halloween gathering, and they're a sure hit when kids are in the group. We call for blue, green, and purple food coloring for the frosting, but feel free to use any colours you like. And if you don't have piping bags, no worries! Just transfer the frosting to zip-top baggies and snip off a tiny piece at the corner. Voila! Instant piping bag. We also used candy eyes as a decoration on our cupcakes, but they're completely optional, too.
