Ingredients
California (Hass) avocado
2 medium, ripe, peeled and pitted
Red onion
¼ cup(s), sliced
Plum tomato
½ cup(s), diced
Cilantro
2 tbsp(s), fresh, chopped
Fresh lime juice
1 tbsp(s)
Table salt
¼ tsp(s)
Instructions

Place avocado in a medium bowl and mash with a fork until almost smooth.

Add remaining ingredients to bowl and stir until combined. Cover surface with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 1 day.
