Ingredients

California (Hass) avocado

2 medium, ripe, peeled and pitted

Uncooked red onion(s)

¼ cup(s), chopped

Plum tomato(es)

½ cup(s), diced

Cilantro

2 tbsp(s), fresh, chopped

Fresh lime juice

1 tbsp(s)

Table salt

¼ tsp(s)

Instructions

  1. Place avocado in a medium bowl and mash with a fork until almost smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and stir until combined. Cover surface with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 1 day.
  3. Yields about 1/4 cup dip per serving.
