Grilled Tuna with Fresh Tomato Salsa
Uncooked bluefin tuna
20 oz, or other type of tuna, cut into four 5 oz steaks
Fresh cherry tomato(es)
2 cup(s), or grape tomatoes, about 16 average, halved
Uncooked red onion(s)
1 medium, chopped
¼ cup(s), chopped
Fresh lemon juice
- Heat a grill pan or a grill coated with cooking spray over high heat. Cook tuna, turning once, until just cooked through, about 6 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Yields about one piece tuna plus 3/4 cup sauce per serving.
