You can find key limes, yellowish green and smaller than the regular ones, in specialty produce markets. But if you can't track them down anywhere, any lime will do!

Ingredients

Worcestershire sauce

¼ cup(s)

Fresh lime juice

3 tbsp(s), from Key limes

Uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast(s)

1 pound(s), four 4 oz pieces

Orange sections

1 cup(s), from about 3 oranges

Fresh lime juice

2 tbsp(s), from Key limes

Uncooked scallion(s)

2 tbsp(s), chopped

Cilantro

1 tbsp(s), chopped

Chopped green chili(es)

1 oz, one pepper

Instructions

  1. In plastic bag, combine Worcestershire sauce, 3 tablespoons lime juice and chicken. Refrigerate up to 4 hours.
  2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine remaining ingredients to make salsa. Chill at least 1 hour.
  3. Grill or broil chicken until cooked through, about 4 minutes on each side.
  4. Serve chicken with salsa.
