Greek yogurt serves as a healthy base, replacing the mayonnaise and sour cream found in the full-fat version of this recipe. We purred the dip in a blender to ensure that you taste the flavourful mixture of herbs with every bite.

Ingredients

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

¾ cup(s)

Chives

¼ tsp(s), chopped (plus extra for garnish)

Fresh dill

2 tbsp(s), chopped

Scallions

1 medium, sliced

Fresh mint leaves

1 tbsp(s), chopped

Extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp(s)

Table salt

½ tsp(s)

Black pepper

¼ tsp(s)

Instructions

  1. Puree all ingredients in blender or food processor. Spoon into serving bowl; sprinkle with additional chives and cracked black pepper. Serve with vegetable crudités or use as a salad dressing.
  2. Serving size: 3 tablespoons

Notes

Serve this as a dip with crackers, crostini or fresh vegetables. Or serve it as a dipping sauce with your weeknight meals such as chicken, shrimp, or fish.
