Who doesn't love tzatziki, the beloved Greek cucumber-yogurt dip? Nothing could be easier than a recipe where all that is required is stirring ingredients together in a bowl.

Ingredients

English cucumber

½ medium, (seedless), cut into 1/4-inch dice

Plain lowfat Greek yogurt

1 cup(s)

Fresh dill

2 tbsp(s), chopped

Ground cumin

¼ tsp(s)

Table salt

¼ tsp(s)

Black pepper

tsp(s), (1/8-1/4 tsp)

Instructions

  1. Stir together all ingredients in serving bowl. Serve or cover and refrigerate up to 4 days.
  2. Per serving: 1/3 cup of dip

Notes

If you haven't tried adding diced ripe mango to tzatziki, this is your opportunity. It adds a welcome bit of fruitiness that makes this dip even better—and for 0 Points. For a more nostalgic taste, with no Points added, replace the ground cumin with 1 tsp of lemon juice.
