Greek tzatziki dip

½ medium, (seedless), cut into 1/4-inch dice
Plain lowfat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp(s), chopped
⅛ tsp(s), (1/8-1/4 tsp)
- Stir together all ingredients in serving bowl. Serve or cover and refrigerate up to 4 days.
- Per serving: 1/3 cup of dip
