You can make it in advance, cover and refrigerate. To prepare the canned artichokes, you'll first want to pour them into a strainer and then transfer them to paper towels. Then, gently blot excess water as much as possible with another paper towel. After this you can coarsely chop the artichokes. Scoop this delicious dip up with fresh vegetables or baked chips.
