Fresh mint leaves
6 sprig(s), (plus extra for garnish-- optional)
6 fl oz, or any dry sparkling wine
2 fl oz, such as Pellegrino
Unsweetened grape juice

- Wash grapes. Thread 3 grapes onto each of 2 toothpicks or cut bamboo skewers; freeze until solid, preferably overnight.
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle remaining 6 grapes and mint leaves; add ice to nearly fill shaker. Pour in prosecco; swirl until well mixed. Divide between two glasses; top each with 1 fl oz sparkling water. Slowly pour 1 fl oz grape juice in each glass, letting it settle to bottom; garnish with frozen grapes and serve.
