Ingredients
Cooked frozen shrimp
1½ pound(s)
Soy sauce
¼ cup(s)
Ginger root
2 tsp(s)
Unseasoned rice vinegar
¼ cup(s)
Sugar
2 tbsp(s)
Apple juice
2 tbsp(s)
Table salt
1½ tsp(s)

Place shrimp in a single layer in 9 X 13-inch pan.

Heat soy sauce in a small saucepan until boiling. Stir in ginger; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until most of the liquid is evapourated, about 5 minutes. Stir in vinegar, Splenda* No Calorie Sweetener, apple juice and salt. Pour mixture over shrimp; cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Arrange shrimp on a serving platter, drizzle with any remaining marinade and serve with toothpicks.
