Frozen Yogurt and Pretzel-Dipped Grapes

These fruity bites are the ultimate refreshing treat on a hot summer day, delivering a sweet and salty flavour combination that’s irresistible. We stir a little almond extract into plain Greek yogurt to enhance sweetness with no added sugar. You can use a combination of green and red grapes, or all of one colour.
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1 oz, crushed (about 1/2 cup)

- Line a small sheet pan with wax or parchment paper. In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt and almond extract. Spread the crushed pretzels on a saucer or other small plate. Insert a toothpick into each grape, and dip it about ⅔ or ¾ of the way into the yogurt, twirling to coat. Remove the grape from the yogurt and roll it in the pretzel crumbs. Arrange on the prepared pan.
- Freeze until firm, about 1 hour. Transfer to a large zip-top freezer bag and store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
