These fruity bites are the ultimate refreshing treat on a hot summer day, delivering a sweet and salty flavour combination that’s irresistible. We stir a little almond extract into plain Greek yogurt to enhance sweetness with no added sugar. You can use a combination of green and red grapes, or all of one colour.

Ingredients

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

½ cup(s)

Almond extract

¼ tsp(s)

Pretzel(s)

1 oz, crushed (about 1/2 cup)

Grapes

Instructions

  1. Line a small sheet pan with wax or parchment paper. In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt and almond extract. Spread the crushed pretzels on a saucer or other small plate. Insert a toothpick into each grape, and dip it about ⅔ or ¾ of the way into the yogurt, twirling to coat. Remove the grape from the yogurt and roll it in the pretzel crumbs. Arrange on the prepared pan.
  2. Freeze until firm, about 1 hour. Transfer to a large zip-top freezer bag and store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
