Holiday spice kicks this no-cook cranberry relish up a notch. The festive, bright red salsa gets a dose of warming seasonings such as fresh ginger and cinnamon that deepen its otherwise raw, fruity flavour. The relish comes together in minutes and will keep well, refrigerated, for several days. It pairs very well with our Turkey Breast Roulade with Apple, Corn Bread and Sausage, is a refreshing, raw addition to the holiday table, and will make leftover turkey sandwiches sing!


Ingredients
Fresh cranberries
12 oz, or frozen,thawed
Orange
1 medium, navel variety, peeled and cut into chunks
Honey
3 tbsp(s), mild variety, such as wildflower
Ginger root
2½ tsp(s), fresh, peeled, chopped
Ground cinnamon
¼ tsp(s)
Kosher salt
1 pinch(es)
Instructions

Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Served chilled or at room temperature.
