Fresh cranberries
340 gm
Apple
1 large, Fuji, peeled, cored, cut in chunks
Sugar
⅔ cup(s)
Lemon zest
½ tsp(s), grated
Table salt
¼ tsp(s)
Instructions

Put cranberries and apple in a food processor; pulse until finely chopped. Combine with sugar, lemon zest and salt in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes for flavours to blend. Yields about 37 ml (2 1/2 Tbsp) per serving.
