Yellow bell pepper

Grape tomatoes

Olives
6 medium, pitted, halved
Instructions

Combine mayonnaise, shallot, water, lemon juice, oil, tarragon, and mustard in a small bowl; set aside.

Place lentils in a serving bowl; top with egg, green beans, peppers, tomatoes, and olives. Drizzle with dressing; season with salt and pepper if desired.
