If you find yourself with some extra challah that’s going stale, this crouton recipe will ensure none of the bread goes to waste. We cut it into cubes and coat it with savory-garlicky everything bagel seasoning and bake it till toasted. The croutons are deliciously crisp and light; they’re perfect on salads or as a topping for a pureed soup. They’ll keep well in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
