WW 100% Whole wheat English muffins
1 muffin(s), split and toasted
Light cream cheese
2 tbsp(s)
Smoked salmon
2½ oz, (2 slices)
Capers
2 tbsp(s)
Shallots
½ small, thinly sliced
Fresh dill
1 tsp(s), finely chopped
Black pepper
¼ tsp(s), freshly ground
Instructions

Spread cream cheese over each English muffin half.

Top with smoked salmon. Garnish with capers, shallot, dill and pepper.
