Coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-low. Add the eggs and sprinkle with a pinch each of salt and black pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until scrambled, about 2 minutes. Arrange the eggs in a shallow bowl. Arrange the beans in the bowl and sprinkle with the taco seasoning. Arrange the tomatoes and avocado in the bowl; sprinkle the avocado with the remaining pinch each of salt and black pepper.
