Ingredients
Garlic
1 clove(s), large, peeled
Kosher salt
¼ tsp(s)
Light sour cream
½ cup(s)
Reduced calorie mayonnaise
⅓ cup(s)
Water
2 tbsp(s)
Chives
⅓ cup(s), fresh, chopped
Fresh parsley
2 tbsp(s), Italian (flat leaf), chopped
Black pepper
⅛ pinch(es), freshly ground, or to taste
White wine vinegar
1 tsp(s), fresh lemon juice and/or water to taste
Instructions

Put the garlic clove on a cutting board; sprinkle with salt. Finely chop garlic and then scrape it with the side of knife until a paste forms; place in a small bowl.

Add sour cream, mayonnaise and water; stir until smooth. Stir in chives, parsley and pepper until blended; cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour for flavours to blend. Thin out with vinegar, lemon juice and/or water if desired.
