This no-cook pie features the famous trio of peanut butter, chocolate, and banana. It's creamy and rich, and ridiculously easy to put together!

Ingredients

Chapman's Ice milk fudge bars

4 bar(s)

Reduced-fat graham cracker pie crust

1 crust(s), 6 oz store-bought or homemade

Banana

3 large, thinly sliced

Frozen lowfat whipped topping

1¼ cup(s), defrosted

Powdered peanut butter

2 tbsp(s)

Unsweetened cocoa powder

½ tbsp(s)

Instructions

  1. Remove the fudge bars from the wrappers and place them in a medium bowl. When the ice cream is slightly softened, cut the ice cream off the sticks, and allow the ice cream to sit for 10 to 15 minutes until soft enough to stir together into a spreadable filling.
  2. Fill the pie crust with a layer of sliced banana and spoon the ice cream over top. Cover and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
  3. Before serving, stir together the whipped topping and powdered peanut butter. Decorate the frozen pie with the remaining sliced banana and whipped topping mixture. Dust with the cocoa powder. Let defrost slightly before slicing into 8 pieces.
