Ingredients
Apple cider vinegar
¼ cup(s)
Fresh tarragon
¼ cup(s), finely chopped
Dijon mustard
2 tbsp(s)
Garlic
2 clove(s), large, finely chopped
Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp(s)
Table salt
½ tsp(s)
Black pepper
¼ tsp(s)
Instructions

In a jar with a lid, combine the vinegar, tarragon, mustard, garlic, oil, salt, and black pepper. Cover the jar and shake until the dressing is well combined. Refrigerate for up to 5 days. Shake well before serving.
