This wonderful, Indian-inspired dip and sauce is a great partner for grilled chicken, fish, shellfish and pork. It's also perfect with fresh veggies as served here.


Ingredients
Plain fat free yogurt
6 oz
Cilantro
2 tbsp(s), fresh, chopped
Curry powder
1 tsp(s)
Dry mustard
¼ tsp(s), powder
Black pepper
⅛ pinch(es)
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix until well blended. Yields about 2 tablespoons per serving. (Note: Serve as a dip with fresh vegetables or as a sauce for the protein of your choice. Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds to warm.)
