Silken tofu

Extra virgin olive oil

Apple cider vinegar

¼ cup(s)

Water

2 tbsp(s)

Kosher salt

½ tsp(s)

Black pepper

¼ tsp(s)

Fresh basil

¼ cup(s)

Shallots

2 tbsp(s)

Fresh dill

2 tbsp(s)

Fresh tarragon

2 tbsp(s)

Instructions

Put tofu, oil, vinegar, water, salt and pepper in a blender; blend until smooth. Add basil, shallots, dill and tarragon; pulse just until blended. Yields about 4 teaspoons per serving.
