Serve this creamy miso-yogurt dip with fresh veggies and rice crackers. It also makes a tasty sandwich spread.

Ingredients

White miso

2 tbsp(s)

Toasted sesame oil

1 tsp(s)

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

1 cup(s)

Unsalted toasted sesame seeds

½ tsp(s)

Uncooked baby carrots

6 oz, halved lengthwise

Persian (mini) cucumber

4 item(s), quartered lengthwise

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the miso and oil until smooth. Gradually whisk in the yogurt. Spoon the dip into a small bowl and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Serve with fresh veggies.
  2. Serving size: about 1/4 cup dip plus 1/4 of veggies
