We obviously love Greek yogurt and we're gaga for eggs, but sometimes you need another protein-packed option in the rotation for breakfast (or as a snack). Enter: cottage cheese waffles (aka "chaffles"). Tons of flavour? Check. Satisfying crunch? Check. Filling and delicious? Check and check. Feel free to tweak the flavor by adding herbs, finely minced veggies, or different spices. Also, try dipping them in 2 tbsp of warmed pizza sauce (which adds no points) and thank us later. Pro tip: place a piece of foil or parchment underneath the waffle iron to catch any messy overflow.
