Ingredients

Water

2 tbsp(s)

Flaxseed oil

4 tsp(s)

Vinegar

2 tsp(s), apple cider

Dijon mustard

1 tsp(s)

Worcestershire sauce

½ tbsp(s)

Black pepper

¼ pinch(es)

Minced garlic

¼ tsp(s)

Fresh mixed greens

4 cup(s), baby arugula blend suggested

Cooked skinless light turkey meat

4 oz, thinly sliced

Cucumber

1 cup(s), diced

Grape tomatoes

1 cup(s), cut in half each

Avocado

1 medium, Hass, ripe, sliced

Hard boiled egg

2 large, diced

Uncooked scallions

½ cup(s), sliced

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together water, oil, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and garlic until blended.
  2. Divide lettuce among 4 shallow bowls. Top each with 1/4 of turkey, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, egg and scallions. Drizzle each with 1 tablespoon of dressing and serve.

Notes

Store flaxseed oil in the refrigerator once opened, and use within 1 month.
