Olive oil

Fresh lemon juice

Dijon mustard

Broccoli
2 head(s), florets, tender stems, chopped fine
Uncooked radicchio
1 cup(s), chopped
Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
2 oz, grated, about 1/2 cup
Dried cranberries

Almonds
¼ cup(s), sliced, unsalted, chopped
Hard boiled egg
4 large, grated or chopped fine
Instructions

In a medium sized bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, and salt; set aside.

In a separate larger bowl, combine broccoli, radicchio, cheese, cranberries, and almonds.

Add dressing to bowl and toss. Gently fold in eggs.
